Hyperbaric Life Support System section.
The LexMar Hyperbaric Life Support Systems have been designed and manufactured to provide a "mainly" maintenance-free unit for use in both hyperbaric chambers and saturation diving systems.

All systems are designed and built in full compliance with industry and Classification standards and in accordance with IMCA Guidelines.

Hyperbaric Environmental Control Systems (HECU) These very efficient & compact units (L 1100mm x W 1000mm x H 900mm), from 25,000 btu to 120,000 btu, water-cooled Chillers and up to 16KW of heating, are all built into stainless steel frames with removable S/S covers. All controls are easily accessed on a front side Control Panel, and Stainless Steel Electrical distribution/ control panel is built into the front panel.

The Chamber Conditioning units (CCU) and enclosed in a stainless steel housing with two units Electric(24vdc) driven Gas circulation and CO2 scrubbing Fans.
Each unit can remove CO2 for up to 4 persons. Each HECU is capable of supporting either 2 or 3 CCU's in Habitats up to 25M3.

One 62,000btu/ 8KW HECU with three CCUs provides ALL Environmental Conditioning required for a 6-man twin locked DDC (15-20M3) to a max depth of 300 meters. Whereas, the even smaller (L 850mm x W 500mm x H 600mm) 47,500btu chiller unit can operate three CCUs in a HRC (10-15M3) and maintain the environment for 9 persons in a rescue situation.
