Diver Gas Reclaim section.
The "LesGaz" Diver Gas Recovery system is designed to recover the Gas exhaled by the diver(s) whilst in the water to a maximum depth of 300 meters, and process back into a breathable mixture and redeliver this back to the diver.

This system is designed for both single or two-diver gas recovery using either gas booster pumps or electric gas compressor. The "Lesgaz" Diver Gas Recovery Reclaim System combined with the "Abyss II" Helmet, is currently the most cost effective method of reclaiming/recovering diver gas available.

This system is designed to recover the gas exhaled by the diver(s) whilst in the water and process it back into a breathable mixture and redeliver this back to the diver.

Clients have advised that they have achieved a recovery of up to 95% - 97% using this system. It's easy and safe to use

Briefly, the Lesgaz system comprises of three main units,
1. Topside gas Reprocessing Unit (TRU)
2. Bell Onboard Unit (BOU)
3. Reclaim Management Panel (RMP)

The diver exhales through Helmet exhaust/recovery Valve then passed through the Bell Onboard unit as well as removing water in the return hose also provides another level of safety with the Pilot Operated Safety (POS) valve in line.

After passing through the Bell Onboard Unit (BOU), the recovered/reclaimed gas is now passed through the Umbilical into the Topside gas Reprocessing Unit (TRU). Then Oxygen is injected to meet the desired level of mix for the given depth mixture.

After which the gas is compressed using either electrical or air driven pumps, delivered into the medium pressure receivers and then to the Bell control panel. Upon arrival at the control panel it is analysed again before being sent back down to the divers.
